Retreats are a wonderful way to break away from the day to day, be inspired by others and have dedicated time to work on your projects as you continue to expand in the way you are creating impact.

2024 Retreats

In October 2022, I hosted my first “Jefa in Training” business and cultural retreat in Morelia, Michoacan.

For seven days in the mornings we worked on business development analysis and planning for 2023 through a combination of 1 on 1s, breakout collaboration sessions and workshops. In the afternoons and evenings, we enjoyed what Morelia had to offer including cultural tours, shopping and trying regional foods.

We arrived in Morelia as strangers, and by day 3 we were planning reunions, monthly mastermind sessions and ongoing collaborations. We had intense conversations - not just about business, but about money, relationships, our family, trauma - the list goes on. It was like we had known each other for years.

What was built was true sisterhood (and some incredible business ideas), and since then it has been my mission to host more of these kinds of experiences. In 2023, I hosted 2 more retreats, one in Bend, Oregon as well as another in Huatulco, Oaxaca, which were just as magical.

I cannot wait until the next Jefa in Training Retreat 😍.
